1. Place a block on your mat so that it will be under your rib cage when you lie back.
2. Lie back, adjusting the block’s position if necessary.
3. Stay in this position for several minutes, allowing the chest to open. The rounded Three-Minute Egg yoga block is a nice option if a traditional block digs into your back.
