Parsvottonasana Variations

From Parsvottonasana Variation III, release the hands from behind your back to the floor.

Come up onto the ball of the left foot.

Bring the elbows down to the floor, coming into Lizard Pose. Use a block under the elbows if necessary.

You can also release the left knee to the mat if having the leg straight is too difficult.
