Paris may have it all over New York for croissants, bike-sharing and availability of unfiltered cigarettes, but yoga classes?
Jan Benzel, an editor at The Times who wrote the New York Send-Off series on City Room last year as she prepared to depart for an assignment in Paris at The International Herald Tribune, reports from the City of Light that yoga is enjoying something of a boomlet, at least in part thanks to New York, and serves as a sure cure for any slight bout of holiday homesickness.
