1. From Downward Facing Dog, bring both knees down to the floor.
2. Keep the right knee down.
3. Straighten the left left back, bringing the sole of the left foot to the floor with the toes turned slightly inward.
4. Raise the left arm and drop it over the left ear.
5. Step back to Downdog and repeat with the left knee down.
